A very fine old Cello

A very fine old Cello You bid on a very fine old cello with a beautifull sound. It projects in really great manner and demonstrates a nearly endless sustain. All balanced very symmetrical over all strings. The cello was probably built over 200 years ago in north-italy and is in good condition and is ready to play. It is suitable for professional musician and professional cello playing. The scroll is masterly grafted and has also peg-hole bushings. It has no dangerous cracks or a crack near the sound post or the bassbar. It has a beautiful varnish and a really wunderful one-piece back made of italian poplar.

Strad copy Violin

Inside of this violin is a label that states Antonius Stradivarius Cremonenfis Faciebat Anno 17. Usually someone has penned in a year after the 17 but not in this violin. The two piece back has a nice subtle maple grain and the top is a very nice piece of spruce. The perfluing is straight and steady with very pointed bee stings in the corners. It has very little damage for being over 100 years old. There are no cracks and there is no evidence of any rough use. New parts include the pegs, bridge, sound post, tailpiece and tail hanger. It was cleaned and polished. This is a very nice Student violin. PRICE: $1850.00
