15" Hermann Beyer Viola *NICE! * <rwalters@olypen.com> - Chimacum, WA USA - Wednesday, December 26, 2007

This is a used 15" Hermann Beyer viola. It is in excellent condition, no cracks or repairs. It was made in Hungary, 2001. This has been my personal viola for the past six months. I've been playing it in orchestra regularly. I have now moved up to a 16" size. But this is a nice viola, it plays easily and it stays in tune. I just put a brand new set of strings on it so it's ready to go. It will come with the case and bow that are pictured. Price is $250 plus shipping. I will ship it FAST.

I have an uncle that has asked for my assistance. He has a fiddle that he would like to sell. I do not have any pictures but I am told that is in excellent condition. It was manufactured in 1840 by Mathias Neiner in the city of Mittenwald, Germany. He is not computer literate and I can only offer to put you in touch with him by phone. If you are interested you can contact me at krfranz@gmail.com.

Virtually new Yamaha Electric Violin SV-120 <jdmaine@embarqmail.com> - Earlysville, VA USA - Monday, December 10, 2007

Yamaha Silent (electric) Violin SV120. Bought new and never used, still in box. Retail is $825. Sells on e-bay for $600 plus shipping. Save $, buy this one for $450. Yamaha's Electric Violin SV-120 offers the advantage of practicing or playing at times and in places you couldn't before. The single Piezo pickup under the feet of the bridge and the onboard preamp assures acoustic-like tone. The violin comes with a modified Kun shoulder rest for additional stability and comfort. Fun extras like the auxillary-in feature (allows the player to plug a CD player into the violin) and 3 on-board reverbs make this an excellent choice
