Purchased for over $1000 in 1991. Used one or two years. Has nice finish with a few marks but overall very nice. I used to play violin in middle school and high school, but now that i am in college, that has changed. i have a student violin that was only used for about a year. the violin is at my grandmothers house right now so i don't ahve all the information on it. it comes with the case and the bow. i bow that i have did not come with the violin i bought it separte it is real horse hair, and cost me around $300.00. needless to say it is way better than a student would need. if you are interested you can email me and i will send you pictures nad the rest of the information. i wouldlike 350.00 for everything togther.(violin, bow and case)
