The top is of medium(1to2mm) grained spruce having no cracks or damage. The 2-piece back is of medium arching,maple wood with a wide prominent flame. (10-15 mm),the ribs are matching. The scroll is well carved of Heavily flamed maple. Narrow black/white/black purfling on top and back. The neck angle is correct and all measurements are modern nd correct. The instrument is covered with a honey brown oil varish on modest yellow ground. Fittings all ebony. Instrument is professionally setup,sound post voiced with a professional player. Instrument is excellent. Everest case. Bow is W.Seifert. broken tip irovy,and needs rehair.$2500.
