Russian Violin Handmade with Inlay Beautiful <janelle@harcoindustries.com> - Butler, PA USA - Tuesday, January 25, 2005
This is a beautiful handmade violin possibly made in the early 1900s. It has a gorgeous design on the back, which is mother of pearl inlay. The front also has mother of pearl inlay on the finger board. Edge or side of violin wraped with bone. Sound is GREAT! Good for an advanced student or Semi-professional. There is no label inside, but my friend owns a violin that looks like its twin, which is made in Russia and has papers. Both violins have been appraised for $ 3,000.00. And in excellent condition. Since I have no papers but just my word I have discounted the price greatly. Asking $ 950.00 with case. Please email for pictures.
