LOVELY violin, with a soft-spoken - but sweet - sound. perfect for intermediate-level violinist. Made by Karl Hofner, known for his quality instruments. Excellent condition, beautifully flamed back. Whole package (with VERY nice bow and case) is worth $2700.00 CND (plus i had to pay taxes) One Issue: the violin's broken across the neck. repair will cost $300-400 (estimate from most reputable violin shop in toronto). unfortunetly, as a university student (violin/music major), i can't afford to get it repaired. therefore, i'm offering the whole package for $1500 American dollars. buyer would be responsible for the violin's repairs
