This is a fine handmade violin by Franz Sandner. I am the second owner of this instrument and it has been carefully maintained and well loved. I am also including an oblong suspensions case and an Alfred Knoll bow with silver winding. Franz Sandner instruments are intended for advanced students and can sell for as much as $5000. This is a nice violin. It was made in 2004 by Zhang and it is the Soloist model, it has beautiful flaming with a one piece back. The tone is maturing more everyday, and I would say that it is somewhere in between warm and bright. It has a good tone with no bad notes and plays easy. I'm selling it as an advanced student package, it will come with a new case and a good quality bow. Price is only $450.00 which is a steal.
