This is a beautiful full size unlabeled violin. It has a deep powerful voice with lots of overtones. I really like the tone of this violin and an intermediate to advanced student would be pleased. A gorgeous sounding beautiful 18th century French violin. I can see a label through the F holes with Neuner and Hornsteiner, Mittenwald printed on it and a signature. A local violin maker here told us it is a beautifully made instrument and is for sale for $6800.

This is a student violin and bow. The label on the inside reads: E.R. Schmidt geigenbaufister, mittenwald, Bayern. It has a little bit of scratches, and the sound post needs to be replaced, but overall is an excellent instrument. Used it at many State music festivals. There are no fine tuners on the violin. The bow is a Roth-Glasser bow. I will be selling these for $500 firm. If you are interested, I can send you pictures if you email me with a request.
