I am selling a 2002 model Knilling 4/4 Violin in perfect condition. Purchased new for $1025.00, Outfit has Thomastik Dominant Strings, Beautiful Black Case and a Glasser bow in excellent Condition as well. Rosin included, and a Wolf Forte Secondo shoulder rest. Everything that you need to make her sing. The tone is beautiful and warm. The setup has been checked by a local shop and no adjustments were needed. I can e-mail pictures if requested.

The label is most likely false, but the instrument is exceptional in every way. Beautifully restored by Boris Sverdlik in New York, it is perfectly healthy and has a sound easily mistaken for fine Italian (in the hands of a real violinist, of course:). The violin has served me well as a first-rate concert instrument (both in recital and in solo performances with orchestra), and its sound has been praised by everyone who has ever heard it.
