Excell condition, with minor scratches and edge wear. Two piece back with light striping. Amber spirit varnish; ebony fingerboard, tailpiece, saddle, nut and pegs. Has one fine tuner, and pegs hold nicely. Strung with Dominant strings and produces a superlative tone - you'd never know it was a 15.5 inch model. Projects strongly for solos. Includes shoulder rest, brazilwood bow, and Case. Case provides adequate protection but is old an worn. Has red velour interior, 4 bow spinners, and brackets for string tube. Great for advanced-intermediate players. $725 + shipping. Price is 2/3 off original price.

This comes with an Erich Steiner bow, deluxe hard case, and miscellaneous supplies/books. The violin is in very nice condition. Any reasonable offer will be considered. Stamped "W.E. Hill and Sons" (full name stamp, indicating highest quality) rose gold mounted pernambuco violin bow. Matched frog and stick both marked "G"; stick marked "G-34" for made in 1934. Plain ebony frog mounted in gold, lined in pearl, button ebony and gold, divided, with pearl end dot. Head plate gold with "5" stamp indicating work of Arthur Harry Barnes. Original baleen wrap. Perfect condition with only playing wear on the butt. No cracks or repairs. A heavier "strong" bow for the era, (60.4gm) a dream to play! Appraisal and photos available, please email. The web page discribes The Dancla WL126E "A preferred instrument by educators for advancing students." The violin is in excellent condition except a hairline crack in right f-hole.
