Ful size antique German violin, about 100 years old, labeled "copy of Antonius Stradivarius Cremonensis, Faciebat Anno 1721, Made in Germany, BKN". The total length is 23 1/4, body 14, low bout 8, and upper 6 1/2 inches, respectively. It has a new set of Pirastro Tonica string, a new pernambuco full-mounted horsehair bow, and an oblong suspension case. The sound is mature, open, sweet, and ringing across all strings. Price is $550 plus $25 insuranced shipping.Pictures available.
